5 Daily Actions to Increase Your Confidence

Most people believe that having CONFIDENCE must come before taking ACTION.  The truth is without putting yourself out there and taking the risks the confidence will never come.  It will continue to be a moving target.  You must break out of your comfort zone prepared to soar or prepared to learn a life lesson.  Either way, you are collecting data and growing your self-confidence by leaps and bounds!  Keep going and keep growing!

Coach Jen’s Challenge:

  1. Flip Your Script– Be mindful of the language you are using with yourself.  Take the old negative self-talk and flip it into an empowering affirmation. YOU CAN DO IT!
  2. Take a Risk– Do something every day that makes you feel scared and excited at the same time.  This is where growth truly happens.
  3. Celebrate Yourself- Acknowledge all steps forward, both BIG and small.  They ALL count!
  4. Be Grateful- Share appreciation for people, places, and things that enhance your life.
  5. Ask for Support– You don’t know what you don’t know until you know, so ask!

Confidence is a practice so, be gentle with yourself and enjoy the journey.
