I love bringing women together for honest conversation, creative exploration, and meaningful support as they reconnect with themselves and discover what they want now.

Through coaching, creative workshops, and small group experiences, I create spaces where women can pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

A creative and reflective experience where women explore who they are beneath the roles and expectations life has layered on over time. Through journaling, doodling, and guided reflection, participants step away from overthinking and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

No artistic skills required. This isn’t an art class; it’s a creative exploration of self.

Vision Board Experience

A powerful and fun workshop designed to help women reconnect with what matters most and intentionally create a vision for what’s next. Through guided prompts and creative exploration, participants leave with a meaningful vision board that reflects their hopes, dreams, and direction.
