Manage your energy NOT your time!  Time is finite.  Energy is not!  Many of us have busy lives chalked full of work, home, kids, partners, football games, (GO CHIEFS!!), the stress of the future, the guilt of the past, worries of the present, etc.!  So much to do so little time, as we often say.  

It’s not about how much time we have it’s about managing the energy within that time so we can refuel and show up to our own life feeling fulfilled!  In order to reclaim your energy, you must tune into what is depleting it. 

Are you saying yes when you want to say no?  Are you building in time throughout your day to recharge with mindful breaks?  Are you setting boundaries for yourself?  Are YOU even on your weekly schedule?

Energy management will help gain some of that finite time back because you will be taking charge of what fills your cup, releasing what depletes you, and giving yourself permission to bring more mindfulness to your days!  Give it a try!  If you would like support, contact me!

  1. What does your typical week look like?  List ALL of the things that take your time and energy.
  2. Re-evaluate- Circle ALL of the things that deplete your energy on that list.  Can you release any of those?  Can they be delegated? 
  3. Refuel- What is ONE thing you can do to bring more energy and mindfulness into your day?
